Atlantic Precision Products’ injection molding capabilities offer clamping forces ranging from 35 tons to 528 tons over the span of 40 injection molding machines. Atlantic Precision Products is set up to handle both low-volume production and high-volume production injection molding needs.
Our three plants offer our valued customers on site CMM Capability, state of the art molding machines and all of the latest technologies available. From centralized material handling systems, to advanced closed-loop injection molding machines, our process engineers are experienced and well-versed in most grades of thermoplastic resins.
All molding processes follow strictly controlled setup procedures with predetermined guidelines to ensure repeatability on all projects. We pride ourselves in specializing in tight tolerance parts.
